80% of adults suffer from low back pain, and many others suffer from aches and pains that prevent them from functioning optimally. A high percentage of this is caused by the muscle imbalances, instability and a lack of mobility that causes compensation in movement. Much of what our clients do in everyday life and certainly a great deal of they do in our exercise programs, requires flexibility, stability, strength and control.
In this session, we will focus on the Lumbo Pelvic Hip Complex (LPHC) in order to discover limitations and/or compensations in movement that would impede your clients ability to perform optimally. This will allow you to create the most appropriate exercise program for your client to get their CORE really firing! on all clyanders.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: - Can identify the core musculature and common compensations related to LPHC. - Learn strategies to address compensations, using a systematic approach. - Learn modifications to optimise a client’s workout. - Can explain WHY the modification worked.
