Expanding the Movement Cataloge through Movement Variability

A talk by Anthony Carey

What is perfect movement? The human body has enormous resources for completing the same fundamental tasks with huge amounts of variability based on many factors. New research is emerging showing that traditional learning models of repetition may not produce the best learning results nor be optimal for the joint and soft tissue structures. Embracing and programming variable input through movement will equate to more real world learning and a more robust movement catalog. It also just might keep your clients happier and more engaged.
